Pre-registered cars arrive at 4:30 pm; non-pre-registered cars check in at 16 N Walnut Street; parking on first-come, first-served basis.
No consumption of alcohol allowed at event; summons will be issued to violators.
Due to pedestrian safety, cars will not be allowed to leave the event until police reopen up the road.
