The Military Vehicle Show & Swap Meet promotes the hobby of military vehicle collecting and restoration to the public, and serves as an exhibition and symposium for existing military and vehicle hobbyists. The Military Transport Association, which organizes the annual show, is dedicated to the care and preservation of military vehicles as the symbols of the soldiers that served with them. The participation of reenactment groups provides a living history experience for visitors and vehicle owners alike, introducing non-hobbyists to the community and providing an annual resource of knowledge and information for longtime collectors.
